bmonthly is excited to team up with Wright Fix Media and announce the first annual bmonthly Film Festival 2019! Participants are invited to begin creating and submitting short films immediately. Rules & Terms

1. Submission must be a short film between 3 to 5 minutes long.
2. Filmmakers submit only original work.
3. Film shorts should be uploaded to FilmFreeway
4. Entry fee is $20 per film and due when the film is submitted. No exceptions.
5. Last day of submission is October 10th, 2019, by midnight CST.
7. Screening and Judging by the public are October 18, 2019.
8. Awards will be given for 1st and 2nd place. Peoples choice will not receive a cash prize but a non-cash prize award.
9. Judging will be based on the following criteria:
a) Film as art
b) Viewer Enjoyment
c) Cinematography
d) Storyline/Narrative Flow
e) Original score/Audio enhancement
f) Editing
10. This is an amateur event.
11. Films are to be family-friendly.
12. Filmmakers may participate in screening and judging.
