GREEN AUTUMN
The recognition of the struggle of Michoacan (México) women throughout the last decades for their sexual and reproductive rights is portrayed and told by them themselves, Michoacan activists from different generations with the same objective: to achieve recognition of the right that each woman has to decide freely about their body.

Sunya Madrigal is a filmmaker and hybrid art director, with works screened in 14 countries. Sunya has a Master's in Philosophy of Culture and a degree in media.
Winner at MPIFF Mexico Prague International Film Festival with the hybrid film work "Dimension Zero"; award for Best Experimental Short Film, at the Andromeda Film Festival -Turkey- and, selected at the FICM with the experimental short film “Habitar"; a project awarded for the AcompañArte scholarship. She was part of Talents Guadalajara at the FICG 36 within the Directors Studio; a finalist at FICMA, MIC MX, and SHORTS MÉXICO, selected at Ambulante Pulsos Michoacán with two collective works and one on her own. Her documentary "Otoño Verde" on sexual and reproductive rights has been screened nationwide at Mic Género, Cinetekton, RESISTIMOS Festival, and various cultural spaces.
She has directed degrees in audiovisual production and digital art and has taught and led workshops at multiple universities in Mexico.
She is the founder and curator of Divergentes Arte y Cine, a festival about cinema and artistic creation with a gender perspective. Since 2015, she has coordinated the creative hybrid film and art studio GRUPO RATIO FILMS.
