A true "son of the midwest", Scott Roberts was born in Harry Truman's hometown of Independence, Missouri and grew up in a small town on the outskirts of Kansas City. Upon graduation, he moved west to California, where he earned a B.A. in Theater from UCLA.
"The Anaheim Project" is Scott's first “spec script”. Other screenplays include the dark comedy "Strange Relationships”, as well as the coming-of-age story “Letters Home” (which he also produced and directed for his company Shadowbox Pictures). Scott’s other projects as a producer/director include the music video "Heaven" and the feature documentary "The Raven and the Gypsy”.
