Director Statement

Director Statement
This is my debut film as a film director. I first encountered death at the age of 19. Since then, for 6 years in a row, every year one of my close relatives died. Over and over again I had to go through the whole process of traditional burial. The fear of death intensified during the pandemic, when everyone was loosing loved ones.

At that moment, I decided to make a film and dedicate it to every loved one who passed away. I wanted to show fear, loneliness and emptiness surrounded by death.
