Fiercely independent and relentlessly ambitious. Zane Borg, a new young filmmaker out of Melbourne, Australia, is a storyteller by nature.
After dropping out of film school, Zane founded Pancake Originals, a production company with the mission of empowering local and personal stories in the independent film industry.
Now with his debut feature, The Library Boys, Zane is introducing the world to his unique blend of slapstick comedy and painfully honest tragedy. Penning the script at only 19 years of age, Zane found inspiration in his own awkward and formative high school years. Zane's work as a Producer, Writer, Director, Editor, Costume Designer, Production Designer and more helped create this Australian High School film like no other.
Currently, Zane is producing 'Sunflower', an Australian coming of age film about a teenage boy coming to terms with his sexuality.
