Hassaan Imtiaz is an Award Winning Actor and Filmmaker from Pakistan who Independently found his way into the industry by the tender age of 19. Known for 509 and ZAKI, his films have gathered over 12 International Awards and 30+ International Recognitions worldwide. Hassaan founded and is leading the Islamabad International Film Festival to provide a bridge for diversity, culture and intellect to connect.
ZAKI is a reflection of a principal driven rebellion against the hypocrisy of cultural status quo. The concept of ZAKI was derived in reflection to the society and it's cultural practices. A minimalistic visual approach with a specific color palette throughout the film was vital to convey simplicity and timelessness.
