Your Song Isn't Over
A Music Composer writes his final song. All the main shots in the beginning of the film are of the composer writing his music. The violin shots are all faded in the background. As the song begins to pick up speed, the main shots are transitioned to the violin being played heavily. This is simulating that the composer is playing his life. The name of the score the composer wrote is called depression. The composer suffers from depression and ultimately ends his song early, and abruptly. The violin being put in the case, like a body in a casket, is simulating his life coming to an end. Please get help if you know someone who is suffering from depression.
