Director Statement

This is film is a special project made by kids for kids. A bunch of film and television professionals volunteered with The COOL Cooperative Organization's summer camp in 2023 to make this film. The COOL Cooperative is an educational program that teaches middle, high school, and college age students about the art and business of filmmaking. Directed and Mentored by the amazing professionals who volunteered as well at the incredible production staff of the organization, a whole team of kids became the crew and gained invaluable hands-on experience working on a film set. We shot this film for 4 hours a day for 5 days, and had an absolute blast. I'm proud that I got to share my work with these wonderful kids and have this story that is meant to inspire hope in kids, help to be made by kids. I hope you enjoy the film as much as I enjoyed working with these up and comers making it! Thank you!
