Director Biography - Edward Hoke

Hoke is an actor and filmmaker who lives in Los Angeles. He trained at Northwestern University, American Conservatory Theater and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He has performed on stages across the West Coast, as well as in Film and TV.

In 2023, he received Stage Scene LA's award for Breakout Performance of the Year for his work in "Nimrod", opposite Kirsten Vangsness at Theatre of NOTE. Most recently he appeared alongside Sally Struthers in the world premiere of "Drowned Cats" at New Art City Theatre.

He is now in post production on his first film, WOOF, which he wrote, directed, and starred in. He also builds furniture, writes poetry, plays chess, and enjoys painting walls.
