Dottie is obsessed with accumulating objects of all kinds, sizes, shapes and colors. When a new object arrives at her door, she must do everything to find a place for it within the four walls of her home. But is there truly an empty space?

This short film sheds light on the intricate topic of hoarding disorder, prompting viewers to reflect upon their own tendencies towards accumulation and consider the ways in which these habits may be impacting their lives.

Director Biography - Virginia Ardizzone, Giorgio Avano, Giulia Brighenti, Stefano Villari

Graduating from RUFA in March 2023, Virginia Ardizzone, Giorgio Avano, Giulia Brighenti & Stefano Villari worked together to craft the animated short film "Woodfish". Looking towards the future, these four former classmates are determined to continue their growth in the animation industry, eager to collaborate with fellow artists, animators, and storytellers who share their passion and drive to create visually stunning and emotionally resonant works.
