Director Biography - Abhijeet Kamble

Abhijeet Kamble is an international award-winning Indian film director, screenwriter and producer based in Mumbai, India having years of experience in the entertainment industry.

He primarily worked in the Hindi Film and Television industry since 2014 and co-founded the production company 'An Eve Films' in 2018 along with other founding members. He has been a part of plethora of short and long form - film, television and web content in various capacities like the Director, Screenwriter, Producer, Associate Director and Script Consultant.

His directorial debut short film 'Welcome to Mumbai' went on to receive accolades, awards and nominations. It won the Best Film at the Vesuvius International Film Festival's 13th Edition in Campania, Italy. It was also included in the 'Lift-Off Sessions August 2021 - Official Selection" at Pinewood Studios in the United Kingdom. Abhijeet secured his first-time (Debut) Director nomination with 'First-Time Filmmakers Sessions August 2021 - Official Selection'. 'Welcome to Mumbai' has also been featured on some of the most reputed movie curation platforms like 'SHORTED India' and Moviepedia Films.
