Hello everyone. I am a graduate from Morehead State University and have been exploring all sides of the stage world we call theatre for over the past nine years. I've been recently involved in a different side storytelling which happens to be filmmaking.
What I wish to accomplish with this film is to show that no matter how much you lack in resources. Budget, actors, helping hand and etc. You can still make A quality film even with just two people.
Me and Joel shot this film in 4 day (5 including a reshoot) and Joel worked hard for over a month editing the 13 min film in 4k quality. All this hard work is set an example to anyone who wants to film but thinks they have no resources to do it. You can! We did using only our surroundings and what props we can make with 5 bucks to make convincing looking organs in jars and fake blood.
It's still surreal to me to see something I wrote in just 5 pages grow into a 13 minute piece. Now we get to share our short with you the audience.
