With a background in both journalism and commercial videography, Julia uses film to depict deeply human stories that have the power to shape how we see each other as humans. From Alaska to Mexico, she has covered topics from climate change to immigration. Recently, she spent time with immigration activists and Border Patrol agents alike to report on the paradoxes of life on the Texas-Mexico border.
