Midnight Walk ( MACHE TA )
Midnight Walk (MACHE TA)
James, a young man passionate about technology, spends more time with his programs than living in the real world. One day, he attends an extraordinary party that makes him lose track of time. Without a car, he decides to walk home at midnight, despite his grandmother’s constant warning: "Stop walking so late, or you’ll cross paths with the spirit of your ancestors."
As James walks through the deserted streets, strange and mystical events unfold. Shadows come to life, voices call his name from the darkness, and he feels an invisible presence following him. Eventually, he encounters a terrifying truth that reveals his grandmother’s warning was not just a myth but a haunting reality hidden in the darkness.
Mache Ta is a journey into mystery and fear, where the only light is James’ courage and wits.

As a storyteller, I believe in the power of visual narratives to challenge perceptions, evoke emotions, and connect deeply with audiences. My work is rooted in the rich cultural heritage of Haiti, combined with the global experiences that have shaped me as an artist. Each story I choose to tell reflects a piece of the human condition, with themes of resilience, identity, and transformation often at the core.
As a director, I aim to create films that transcend entertainment, sparking dialogue and introspection. I am particularly drawn to stories that explore the complexities of relationships, societal structures, and the unseen forces that shape our lives. Whether it’s through the psychological layers of Manipulation or the suspenseful mystique of Mache Ta, my goal is to craft immersive experiences that leave a lasting impression.
For me, filmmaking is more than a profession; it is a mission to preserve and elevate voices that might otherwise go unheard. I am committed to using my platform to shine a light on the beauty, struggles, and triumphs of my people, while also contributing to the broader tapestry of global cinema. Through every project, I strive to inspire, provoke, and connect with audiences on a profoundly human level.
