Director Biography - Richard Stephen Bell

Richard Stephen Bell is a Writer and Director. His feature screenplay, "The Tale Collector," was a 2024 Nicholl Academy Fellowship Semi-Finalist and his screenplays have also won accolades from the Austin Film Festival, Coppola’s Zoetrope and others. He is also the Executive Director of Cinema Ed, a 501c3 nonprofit.
