Director Biography - Selim Dursun

He was born in 1990 and raised in a small town called Deggendorf in Germany. He graduated from high school with a major in psychology and education. He then spent six years in Istanbul where he successfully obtained a graduate degree in theology. After returning to Frankfurt, he completed his master's degree in religious studies at Goethe University. He pursued his studies out of pure passion and has no intention of ever earning a living pursuing them.

Professionally, he has worked as an integration teacher and is active in the field of online commerce and marketing. But his true passion belongs to art, especially film. With dedication and commitment, he has developed and specialized in this field. By attending special courses on short film production and photography, he was able to deepen his knowledge. He is the director of a short film as well as numerous commercials and is also active as an author and Youtuber. With a master’s degree in religious studies and extensive knowledge of human culture and spirituality, he has a unique perspective on life and the human experience.
