Director Biography - Michael Shawn Foree, John Mason Vredenburg

Shawn Foree was raised in Arizona, where he began his electronic punk project, Digital Leather. After years of touring, he moved to Omaha in 2009, where he further pursued music and began filmmaking endeavors. He recently collaborated on a screenplay with Conor Oberst.

Originally from Storm Lake, Iowa, John Vredenburg is an enthusiast of heavy metal, fast cars, moody lighting, and, of course, horror movies. He lives in Omaha with his wife Melissa and his dog Luna.

Foree: "I love all types of movies; everything from The Birds to Love, Actually. I aim to mold this love into my own style. I want to convey mood using anamorphic lenses, bold colors and practical special effects, all while honing my storytelling into a fun experience for audiences."
