Starting from the attempt of july 1948, we follow the political steps of Palmiro Togliatti, father of the Italian Constitution, telling details that were completely unknown until today underlining the importance of his figure in the history of the Italian Republic. There are witnesses from University teachers (Agosti, Hobel) and direct testimonies.
