Juss Thrasher is a dynamic multi-hyphenate creator whose innovative vision spans across film, television, podcasting, and multimedia production.
His storytelling prowess first garnered widespread recognition with "Greyscale," an award-winning indie feature film that captured the Audience Award for Best Feature Film at the 2020 Chelsea Film Festival. Building on this success, Thrasher collaborated
with Emmy-nominated director Yaniel Paulino on their compelling
feature film "Something of Value," which made its debut at the
prestigious 2023 New York Latino Film Festival, screening at New York City's REGAL theaters.
As the founder of PENJOT MEDIA GROUP, Thrasher has established a creative powerhouse that serves as the epicenter for his diverse
portfolio of projects. His recent accomplishments include producing the television pilot "I (Un)Do," which earned "Best Ensemble" at NYC Web Fest 2024, and developing the LGBTQ+ drama series "Unrequited," slated for release in 2025.
Beyond his work in film and television, Thrasher's creative reach
extends into audio entertainment, where he hosted "The Unsubtle-Tea Podcast" and is preparing to launch his newest venture, "Sit-Down Unplug with Juss Thrasher" in Spring 2025.
