Yvonne Bass has loved film-making since she was little. Through the support of her teacher and cattle-rancher parents she started off by acting in plays and began to do crew work for free just to get on film sets. She asked everyone how to do what they were doing and how she could help. This is how she learned her way around a set. She discovered she loved making the picture come to life as a DP, but her passion for acting still burned.
She created Undone when she was a student at Utah State University as a way to experience the role of director where she fell in love with guiding the actor and leading a crew.
She hopes acting, directing and DPing can become a live-able career for her.
She graduated after finishing Undone, and currently, she creates simulations for nursing students at the University of Utah where she also makes educational videos.
Through film, I can experience many other lifetimes and perspectives that would be impossible otherwise.
