Undeniably Young: Nora Young & the Six-Day Race

It's 1936 and 19-year-old Nora Young is a multi-sport champion, brimming with trophies, talent and an indomitable zest for life. Breaking into the "weird and wonderful" world of men’s Six-Day bike racing, she seizes a rare opportunity to become one of few female cyclists to compete on a velodrome track "on the old speed saucer." Combining animation, archival materials, and footage of a spirited Young (age 95) telling her own story, UNDENIABLY YOUNG is a fast-paced, fun and feminist bike race film that finally gives a groundbreaking, nearly forgotten athletic hero her rightful place in history. Winner, Special Jury Mention Prize, BCN Sports Film Festival, Barcelona
