Undefeated Hip-Hop Dance Documentary

Dance has come a long way merging from the wound of its New York mother. A beautiful body is seen in today's time, more importantly, time has changed and the new generation of hip-hop dance has something to prove so to speak. The fast-paced cultural hip-hop dance wave has taken its place in the underground world and on the ground period. In the new globalization it is not just a dance war it is a speak of sanity, a cry for protection and a merciful scream for fame. Four African-American teenage males set out to prove that there is a shift in our cultural hip-hop dance and from poverty they set out to make their mark in the world. Possessing a quiet voice the dedicated crew feels that they have what it takes to wake the nation.

Director Biography - Sikeith Walker

Sikeith Walker, a Dominican descent from the city of “brotherly love” where everyday is a hustle. Well, Life for me has not been an hustle--literally. After losing my ability to dance my life became dark and I sort of lost my; mentally thinking life was over for me it actually had just begun. This project is a voice I never had; it is the brother I always wanted, it is the crowd that I never thought I’d see and it is most certainly the story of my spirit re-living itself and being told through the arc of four young talented African-Americans. You see if you believe in a higher power sometimes what you thought you lost you soon will find and for me I’ve found what I thought I lost; and finding this amazing crew of people has been the crowd I always wanted, so with that said I’m grateful to be here to share it with you! I’m Sikeith Walker, not only am I a creator, I’m a true visionary in cinema.

Director Statement

I make films because I enjoy watching things come to life, the most breathtaking parts are when you are able to sit right in front of it and absorb the beauty of your labor. I'm not the smartest on the block, but I understand life and if you can understand that you can understand film because it is a part of our imaginations.

“To let go of your fears, you must first face the fear of holding on”.
