What came into being was born from lack, absence, longing, and helplessness.

It is an attempt to find an answer to the question of how to understand the incomprehensible, to accept what seems unacceptable.

Director Biography - Jagoda Turlik

I am a filmmaker and dance lover.

I graduated from Musicology at the University of Warsaw, Film Production Organization and TV PWSFiTv in Łódź, Dance Theory of the FCUM in Warsaw, Manhattan Edit Workshops and Cinema Workshops in NYC. I have participated in numerous biennials, courses and training sessions in Poland and abroad (including China) on the art of dance, film and music.
I work in polish film industry. Since 2010 I have been working as script supervisor & continuity on film sets. I work with leading Polish directors and creators on feature films and series (including A. Wajda, A. Holland, G. Zgliński, K. Dębska, B. Lankosz, J. Holoubek, P. Vega, F. Zylber, Ł. Palkowski, A. Panek, B. Kowalski ...)
Dance film, which is my passion and is an important point of my professional interests.
