Samu attended an adult course at Objektiv Film Studio where he created his first-ever short film at just age of 12, Envy and has received his diploma at the time. He moved to Berlin in 2016 where he lives now. In October of 2017, he created a new grand film, Girl with a Pendant. Samu has also worked on smaller videos such as for the Handshape Project GMBH and Creatavisuals also making an ad on the BMW i3. In the middle of 2018, he is shot and published a documentary series about migrants integrating into society within Germany and their everyday life. The first of four episodes was released on the 19th of October. In the summer of 2019, he shot a large production short film True Colors of Society. The film is currently in the post-production stage and will be live on certain platforms for view on the 1st of September.
True Colors of Society was one of the most fun and for sure, a challenging movie to make. I wrote the screenplay intending it to tell a story while also exploring the idea of social diversity and racism in modern societies! I got to work with an amazing lead actor and an incredible cinematographer. I worked with a large and experienced crew, which ended up boosting creativity by a lot. I hope everyone who watched the film has had something to take away from it!
