Believe in me

Believe in me follows two sisters, Frøydis (19) and Nina (24) as they file a neglect and domestic violence report to the police against their own parents. The documentary shows how this one event starts effecting their everyday lives and everyone around them and how alone they feel in the process. Not only are they working against a slow and bureaucratic system, but they are also fighting the stigma within their own family and friends.
