Tour Divide - Pilgrimage or extreme adventure?
Tour Divide myth - pilgrimage or extreme adventure?
The 4500-kilometer Tour Divide is the mother of all bikepacking races. Bike enthusiasts Mathias Müller and Markus Weinberg experience a breathless ride through the Rocky Mountains of Canada, across the USA and all the way to Mexico. A borderline experience in lonely wilderness and impressive nature, through violent storms and hot deserts, towards wild animals and on the trail of the great gold rush. A captivating cycling adventure film with unexpected encounters.
Surprisingly diverse and comprehensive, the film captures not only the participants of the TD like Sofiane Sehili, Allan Shaw, Adrien Liechti or Ana Jager, also many characters along the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route. An inspiring preparation for anyone who dreams of riding this route.
