Tokimeki Reastaurant: Miracle 6

Literally “Heartbeat Restaurant”, but known among fans simply as “TokiRes,” Tokimeki Restaurant is a hugely popular romance simulation game for smartphones (Android and iOS) launched in Japan in 2013.

In the game, the player is a young girl who works as the manager of a restaurant located near a famous entertainment production office, named Prince Republic. Members of two popular boy idol groups, 3 Majesty and X.I.P. are regular customers of the restaurant.

In the animated film, the two groups are preparing for their forthcoming live concert, set to celebrate the 5th anniversary of their careers. The plan calls for each group to perform a new number, and pressure sparks antagonism among the boys. But to their greatest surprise, both groups receive instructions from their boss to sing the very same song. A song which is rumoured to cause the breakup of any group that previously attempted to sing it…
