Tócame (Uncensored)

In the solitude of his nights, a double bassist finds himself consumed by music and desire. As his fingers trace the strings, his instrument begins to transcend its wooden form, transforming into a sensual, living presence. What begins as practice evolves into an intimate dance — a dialogue of passion where sound becomes touch, and touch becomes fire.
“Tócame” is a bold exploration of the bond between artist and instrument, where the boundaries between art, body, and desire blur into a hypnotic, almost dreamlike encounter. Through two versions — one daringly erotic, the other poetic and accessible to all audiences — the film invites viewers to reflect on the power of creation, obsession, and the intimate spaces where music becomes flesh.

Director Statement

“Tócame” was born from the idea that music is not only heard — it is also touched, felt, and embodied. I wanted to explore the intimate and sometimes obsessive relationship between a musician and his instrument, where passion transcends sound and becomes flesh.

The double bass is a powerful metaphor: massive, demanding, and profoundly sensual. In the solitude of the musician, it transforms into a partner, a lover, an extension of his own desires. Through this piece, I am interested in showing how art can cross into the territory of eroticism, and how creation itself often emerges from a space of vulnerability, obsession, and fire.

By presenting two versions of the film — one more daring and erotic, another more poetic and universal — I aim to reach different audiences while staying true to the same essence: the exploration of art as an act of passion, intimacy, and surrender.
