The Blade
It is the story of a child whose lack of attention within the family leads to a horrifying event.
This film addresses the issue of how ignoring the world of children within the family can create harmful consequences for future generations. Even the smallest act of neglect can cause serious and long-lasting damage to a child, both in the short term and the long term.

Mohammad Razdar was born on January 8, 1995 (18th of Dey, 1373 in the Iranian calendar) in Firuzabad, Fars. His parents are originally from Firuzabad, and he is an only child. His father worked as a teacher and is now retired.
He entered the world of art in 2017 with the short film “Weekend”. However, his very first activity dates back to 2013, when he worked on the documentary “Clusters of Fars” as part of the visual effects team. Three years later, he collaborated with Mehdi Falamarzi in his debut work “Nim Sooz” (Half-Burnt), contributing in editing, visual effects, and poster design. That same year, he also worked with Amirhossein Parsaee in the film “Hah”.
In 2015 and 2016, he had the opportunity to appear as an actor in stage plays such as “Our SAVAK” and “Hidden”.
The year 2017 was a very active year for him, with participation in films such as “Illusion Trigger”, “Cassette Tape”, “Darkroom”, and the stage play “Soil and Fire”. For the third time, he also acted in the short film “Illusion Trigger”, directed by Vahid Bemani.
In 2018, he had his third collaboration with Vahid Bemani in the short film “Weekend”, working in editing, visual effects, and color correction. That same year, he also appeared in the film “The Loneliness of a Woman”.
In 2019, he was involved in two works: “Trigger” and “Lucky Coin”. “Trigger” was also his first directorial experience.
In 2021, he once again returned to acting with appearances in “Once Upon a Time in Mars” and “The Ancient Tree”.
His peak of activity came in 2022, where he worked on six projects, including the films “Conditions”, “Fossil”, “Suda”, “Shot”, “The Treasure of War Culture”, and the stage play “Metamorphosis”. In the same year, he directed his second film, “The Treasure of War Culture”.
In 2023, his focus shifted mainly toward acting, with notable participation in the film “Ahmad”, which was presented at the Fajr Film Festival, marking his most recent artistic work.

From my perspective, cinema is not just an art; it is a language for narrating the inner secrets of human beings and reflecting the hidden truths of society. I see acting as an opportunity to live in different worlds, and directing as a bridge that transforms dreams and thoughts into images. For me, every cinematic frame is a journey between emotion, thought, and reality—a journey that not only entertains the viewer but also transforms them.
In my view, cinema is a fusion of imagination, courage, and truth-seeking; a place where stories find meaning, silences speak, and images become eternal.
