Pavel Tsvetkov (born in 1971) is an independent filmmaker based in Varna, Bulgaria. He is the writer, director, cinematographer and producer of “Third Chance”. Pavel has attended film production courses at Nu Boyana Film School. His company, Diligence EOOD, is a registered producer with the Bulgarian National Film Center. Pavel is also an award winning poet and writer.
His short film “Bicycles” (2017) won the First prize in the “Narrative Short” category of “A Movie in Hand” Film Festival (2017).
“Gunter’s Death” (2011), a short film he co-wrote, co-produced and co-directed with Ivan Tashev, won the First prize at the “48-hour Challenge” Short Film Competition on July 2, 2011 in Varna, Bulgaria.
