Melissa Goad is known as the “Actor’s Director”. Her directorial debut was on the feature film, “They Don’t Cast Shadows” starring Emily Gateley and Chandler Hancock. Melissa has been in the industry since the age of 12, starting her career as an actor. She produced her first feature film in 2007. She transitioned into a director out of necessity when her and business partner, Bob Leone, created Inspireworks Productions to turn his Christian novel into a film. Melissa absolutely loves directing and is excited for her upcoming projects.

I am blessed to have the honor and have been given the opportunity to direct the feature film, "They Don't Cast Shadows". Being a female in the industry is hard, being a director and being respected as one is even harder. Thankfully, I have Jesus on my side and an amazing cast and crew that have been incredibly professional, passionate and dedicated. Proverbs 16:3
