Sam Fong, who is a clerk of an advertisement company, is divorced and needs to raise his son by himself. In office, he also bears the pressure and insult from his boss. One day, accidentally, Sam finds a chance to choose his own ‘evolution’.

Director Biography - Ting Hang Yip

Ting Hang Yip (Daniel Yip) was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Macau. After graduated from the secondary school in Macau, he went to Taiwan for further studies and got the Bachelor degree of Literature and the MFA, majoring in Film Directing, from The Taipei National University of the Arts.

Daniel Yip took part in some drama performances when he was studying in university, and made his first short film Last Year at Kimblake(2009). During studying in TNUA, he was instructed by professor Wang Toon, Peggy Chiao, Daw-Ming Lee, Chi-Yuarn Lee and Ching Sung Liao, etc. In 2012, He dropped-out for two years and backed to Macau, then worked at a TV station in Macau as a cameraman and editor. At the same time, he finished the short films Dream(2012) and Photography(2013). Afterwards, he resigned and picked up a short course held by the New York Film Acadamy in Beijing. After finished the course, he made the short film Thief(2014). In 2014, Daniel Yip opened an exhibition of photography in Macau. He works as a freelancer now, filming some short films, TV programmes and music videos.
