The final act

The Theater troupe is preparing the premiere of the play "The Death of Danton". While they are putting on a play, someone wants to demolish their theater. Above that, their notable work will be the last farewell, the epitaph of a successful, small alternative theater.
During the preparation for the play, the Investor Beli disrupts their final rehearsal. It is a matter of the moment when the theater will be demolished.
The only solution for the play "The Death of Danton" will be to kidnap the Investor Beli and his Bodyguard by a theater troupe. Director Gavrilo, inspired by the theme of the play and the upcoming events, implements the trial of the Investor and the Bodyguard in the final act. The judging is led by the director Gavrilo. The final decision and judgment on the future of the theater will be made by the voice of the people.

Director Biography - Una Bojić

Una Bojić graduated in cinematography at the Film Academy "Dunav Film" in Belgrade, 2007 in the class of Prof. Radoslav Vladić.
She graduated the second Faculty in 2023, majoring in Film and Television Arts at the University “Sinergija" in Bijeljina.
The first film she directed was a short documentary film "Repetitor", which is in the post-production phase.
"The Final Act", the first short feature film written and directed by Una Bojić. Film had its world premiere at the 29th Sarajevo Film Festival as part of the BH film student competition program. "The Final act" won the Award for the best Serbian film at the 12th Kraljevski Film Festival, international short film festival. Film won the award for best short film in the "best drama" category at the Web series & Film Festival in Lima, Peru.
The film had its Croatian premier at the FKM Short film festival at Novigrad. It will have its Belgrade premier at the festival Japanese Serbian film festival. The film The Final Act had the opportunity to be screened at more than 15 film festivals.
The film “Višnja” is finished in 2025 and is ready to be sent to festivals.
