The Premiere" is a deeply personal exploration of the complicated bond between fathers and sons. The film is sparked by a humiliating incident at a film premiere, where my own father's unexpected arrival forced me to confront a lifetime of unresolved emotions. Through this event, I began to grapple with themes of forgiveness, regret, and the pressure we put on ourselves and our art. This film is an invitation to delve into the messy, funny, often contradictory world of a filmmaker, where ambition and self-doubt collide.
