Director Biography - Fatoumata DIALLO

Fatoumata Diallo lives in Tambacounda in Senegal. Better known under the pseudonym Zahra, she is passionate about writing and cinema. As a feminist-activist, she uses art to assert her positions on certain key issues in Senegalese society, which is still very patriarchal.
