The Weight of Things

Maddox grew up playing with video cameras, playing music and was classically trained on piano. Editing deck to deck with ancient VHS players hooked up with twisted dusty RCA cables, stop motion attempts and experimentation, and in camera effects. At a young age Maddox discovered ways to manipulate media and studied the old timey approaches of Hollywood films. A bit of a recluse, lost in the arts of telling stories through many types of mediums, even as the world moves into digital content creation, Maddox will try to champion old-school methods where possible. Maddox is already planning the next shorts and beginning casting process around the holiday season.
