The Wandering Actor
An arrogant actor receives the short script he's meant to play.
Clearly, it's less than what he expected.
Flipping through the initial pages, the actor begins to realize it's
not an ordinary piece.
Perhaps, it's his own story, immersed in a wacky comedy.

Israel Mirenda is a director who has recently embarked on a decisive journey towards his destiny.
"The Wandering Actor" is his fourth short film, no more, no less. With this piece, Israel Mirenda ventured into the realm of comedy. Previously, he tackled dramatic and suspenseful works.
Up to this point, this director has had to get creative in order to produce and direct his own scripts, working with an almost nonexistent budget. But this hasn't deterred him from taking on challenges.
In fact, Israel Mirenda asserts that he's well on his way to making his first full-length film at any moment.
It's been a pretty interesting experience having to create this comedy under the challenging conditions we faced during filming.
Plus, I had to play a character and, to add to the challenge, I didn't even have enough time for reshooting my scenes.
I enjoyed working within this genre, which demands caution in certain aspects to avoid proposing a ridiculous story.
Another essential exercise in this training, I'd say.
