The Traveling Hatter

There was a time when Logan saw his future on a field, just him and a football. Not only did he feel the pressure that every college athlete feels in hopes of making it into the big leagues, he also had the overwhelming shadow of his father’s success looking over him.
After an unfortunate football injury and eighteen surgeries later, Logan began to see his future in a wheelchair. Luckily, that didn’t happen but it came with a sacrifice: He had no other option but to trade in his football pads for a brand new and unknown future.
The only thing he had left was his faith and an idea of starting his own business.
He opened up his very own store front (Noggin Fuel) in his home-base of Waco,TX. while also dabbling into the modeling/fashion world.
During one of his modeling shoots, his hat was stolen by a homeless man. He was devastated because it wasn’t just any hat. Not only was it his favorite one It was also a gift from his mi ma.
After sharing the news with her she suggested he’d learn how to make his own hat.
He took her advice and created the very first Heart Hat.

With his newly found talent, Logan decided to start his Heart Hat business. He gave himself six months to make something out of it, or else he’d “go work on a farm or something”.
Through word of mouth, and his constant hustle, the business became a success. He now travels the world to create and deliver custom Heart Hats out of his van with a mission to spread love and hear people’s testimonies to deliver the Perfectly Imperfect hat for each one of his Perfectly Imperfect clients.

Film making is super powerful. There's something about seeing a film, and watching it inspire an audience. That's what film making is to me. It is more than just visuals, it's about creating real stories from real people that can bring a true impact.

This holds true with Logan's story and how he became The Heart Hatter. Hanging around Logan has showed me the importance of the relationships we form and how real fulfillment comes from beyond just things.
