The last letter from a 92-year-old biologist called ‘a new Darwin’ to humanity. Numerous species are disappearing due to human activities such as using fossil fuels, habitat destruction, overfishing, etc. There have been five mass extinction in 4.6 billion years of Earth history, and now the sixth mass extinction is underway due to human action. Edward Wilson(1929-2021), who watched the prelude to disaster, warns of the future of humankind with an urgent voice.
