The Shape of Water
Everyone is a mirror of their original family, but still hope that everyone can grow into their own unique appearance. "Let flowers bloom and trees grow. Where I come from, that's who I am." Water, time, memory, permeate, float and flow. It is a torrent that surrounds and cannot be captured, and it is also a short period of time. Although we have learned to forget, we have not solved the root cause. The film shows the growing pains, reflects on the original family, and pays tribute to the soul that blooms in adversity.

Huxinya Wang: Currently a junior studying Radio and Television Directing at Nanjing Arts University, I aspire for my imagery creations to convey emotions and capture fleeting moments. Personal experiences and aspects of life are inevitable themes in my creative endeavors.
Suhao Zhang: A junior student majoring in Radio and Television Directing at Nanjing Arts University, my lens is capturing a glimpse of this era — passionate about creating and documenting realistic themes. I adhere to the principle that visuals outweigh text; I refuse interpretation and significance. My goal is to produce imagery that broadens the experience of life.
