The Rosies is a proof of concept short film based on my feature screenplay "Poster Girls." Poster Girls is adapted from the novel of the same name by Meredith Ritchie.
I had the most amazing cast working on The Rosies and they all went above and beyond to master the dialects and accents that make this group of women truly diverse and historically accurate. There are numerous films about WWll from the male perspective, but this project gives voice to the many women who fought from home.
