Michael Mersereau (b. 1977) received his MFA from Mills College and BFA from the California College of the Arts. He has exhibited nationally and internationally. Residencies including Wassaic Projects (Wassaic, NY), Obrocodoboro (Oaxaca de Juarez, Oaxaca, Mexico). He currently teaches at Mills College (Oakland, CA) and City College of San Francisco. He works with, video, sound, installation, performance, and sculpture. His films have been shown internationally from institutions in Mexico, Canada, to Switzerland and installations throughout North America.
