After building her dream family home, a grandmother faces the challenge of caring for her autistic grandson while also dealing with her mother's Alzheimer's disease. As she struggles to find solutions to her grandson's seizures, she In Iranian culture, having a close family and spending time together is highly valued. Parvin always dreamed of having a big, warm family home like her father's. When she couldn't find the perfect home, she decided to build one and created rules for her family to gather for meals and events. However, when her grandchild Saman was diagnosed with autism and his parents separated, Parvin's perfect family home was no longer the same. She took on the responsibility of caring for Saman and worked tirelessly to improve his communication skills through occupational therapy. However, as Saman reached adolescence, he began experiencing seizures, and Parvin struggled to find a solution. In addition, she had to care for her mother who was suffering from Alzheimer's disease. Despite her many challenges, Parvin remained optimistic and focused on making the most of every opportunity to make herself and others happy. She learned to accept her family members as they were and revised Saman's therapy methods to incorporate fun games that brought them both joy

Director Biography - ABAN Khodarahmi

Aban Khodarahmi is an accomplished filmmaker with a Bachelor's degree in Cinema Directing. She has directed and produced five short films, receiving critical acclaim and awards. Aban’ debut feature film won Best Documentary at a prestigious American festival, while her second film received recognition at the Tehran Short Film Festival. In addition to her creative achievements, Aban Khodarahmi was honored as one of the exemplary youth in Qazvin. With a unique perspective and a passion for storytelling, she continues to inspire audiences with her captivating films.
