The Nightmare
Upen wakes up in the middle of night after a horrifying nightmare in which he is running away from something at some abandoned place. He then takes out the alum stone that he put under his pillow to avoid nightmares and throws it away. He is getting these nightmares again after a long time but now it's been near a week he decides to call up his previous doctor, who suggests he take the pill he prescribed earlier and asks him to come and meet him the same day as his reports will be arriving. Upen takes up the pill but he thinks what if it won't work so he takes up another and ends up overdosing on them. Upen sleeps again but nothing changes as he ends up getting another similar kind of nightmare. Terrified, Upen decides to meet the doctor but as soon as he steps out of his house, he gets panicked by the lights and traffic sounds, he rushes back to his house. Upen starts avoiding his doctor's calls and decides himself that he won't sleep to avoid the nightmare. Upen's condition starts to decline as he starts avoiding sleep and he ends up with schizophrenic symptoms and starts hallucinating things. He starts to see "The Nightmare calling" on his phone out of hallucinations. Giving up in the end he starts hallucinating that he is sleeping peacefully and dies.
