The Lost Stars

40 years ago, in a christian orphanage, Paula, an orphan kid feels her parents absence, who passed away in a fire. She knows they are 2 stars in the sky which protect her. One night she will decide to scape from the orphanage and follow the path of the most shiny stars with the help of a compass to get back with them. In her trip she will enter the nocturnal dense forest, which will become her greatest release but at the same time her worst nightmare.

Director Biography - Alexandra Iglesias

Alexandra Iglesias es estudiante de la ESCAC y cursa el Grado en la especialidad de Dirección Cinematográfica. Es directora del cortometraje de ficción “The Lost Stars” (2019) y directora de fotografía del largometraje “Bea & Milou” (2020). Además fue ayudante de dirección de “Lucky Strike” (2019) y ganadora del premio al mejor cortometraje express en el Riurau Film Festival con “Leyenda en Prosa” (2019). Ahora se encuentra es fase de post-producción con su último proyecto como directora "Un Monstruo en Casa" (2020).
