The Legend of The Bum-Barian

He suffered some kind of trauma over 25 years ago. In hiding, he lives by the Railroad tracks. He looks like an old Viking. At night, he roams a small town looking for his next "fix"-(Not drugs). The towns folk have only got a glimpse of him, they named him the Bum-Barian, they are afraid and blame him for every bad thing that happens -(Break in's, robbery, vandalism)... He is not what he seems,.. Maybe nothing is what it seems...
