The Indian
*"The Indian"* is an animated sitcom that walks on hot coals—depicting the daily life of Amir Ragporker (40), a single and unemployed creator, an Israeli of Indian descent and mindset, whose only wish is for himself and his beloved community to be accepted.
But when Amir sets out to challenge Israeli social norms and prejudices, he quickly realizes that the Israeli mentality is a spicier masala than any curry he’s ever known!
Things get even more complicated as he constantly finds himself in conflict with his own family and community, who prefer to embrace compromise and *shanti*. As a result, each episode unfolds into a series of catastrophic events that even Mahatma Gandhi would flee from—straight back to India!
