The Hike(2019) is a suspense thriller that follows the characters Neal (Red Frederick) and Alyssa ( Jiselle Huggins) into the mythical forest of Padoeah, after
being separated from fellow hikers. It follows the challenges they face as they try to find a way back to each other with threatening circumstances along the way.

As a director, Leslie Ann Wills-Caton started experimenting with several 1-2 minute shorts in 2017.
In 2018, she wrote the script The Hike, a supernatural thriller based on Caribbean mythology and co directed with Annisia Cadogan, her then producing and concept partner.
As a filmmaker
Leslie Ann is a film and event professional with over 10 years in the entertainment industry as a fixer and manager. She is the Managing Director of a film and event production company called FIXERfilm Limited in Trinidad and Tobago which provides logistical and administrative services for the film industry and offers film management from pre-production to post production.
Ms. Wills-Caton has worked on over 12 feature films, several commercials, short films and other digital media productions all in an administrative (Coordinator, 2nd Assistant Director) and management capacity.
There is a universality to cultural beliefs, traditions and folklore. There is a narrative that once exposed to, we can all relate to it.
