Grand Master Seoung Eui Shin has been teaching Tae Kwon Do for over 57 years. Over the past 50 years, he has served the residents of the greater Nashville, Tennessee area with his Martial Arts Center. Grand Master Shin holds a Kukkiwon certified ninth-degree black belt. He is the Founder and President of The World
Christian Tae Kwon Do Mission, a non-profit organization with the intention of helping underprivileged children globally.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Choong Ahn University in Seoul, Korea, in 1965. He also holds a Masters Degree in both Divinity and Theology, and a doctor of Ministry from Chong Shin University, U.S.A.

His guidance in the Martial Art of Tae Kwon Do has touched many people’s lives, and has nurtured the physical, mental, and spiritual lives of adults.

Director Biography - Douglas Kaplan

Douglas Kaplan's Directorial Debut “Modern American Artists” is an Award Winning Documentary with Global Climate Activist & Rock Star Guitarist, Peter DiStefano from the iconic band Porno for Pyros.
Peter embraces Nationalism while collaborating with local artists creating new bodies of works while discussing life as an artist, and pop culture in society today.

Douglas continues to work on a variety of projects in various capacities helping Filmmakers, Athletes, and Musicians achieve their common goals. He actively works with Charitable Organizations in his free time. He is a "CES," Certified Environmental Scientist who supports Conservation and Sustainability. His current passion is the plight of Global Warming and bringing awareness to the general public about Climate Change with the need for Carbon Zero emissions.
