This film takes inspiration from experiences in my own life where mental health has been at the forefront. With this film I aim to humanize mental health and create empathy for those around us while highlighting the ripple effect it can have on the people in one's life. This artform serves as a way to remind ourselves of the beauty that can always be found in this world.
